Management
Implementing an intervention when there is no evident problem makes little sense
An organization may learn about a new, innovative management model or intervention, assume that the company will somehow benefit from this, and thus decide to use it.
However, implementing an intervention or solution when there is no evident problem (or real opportunity) makes little sense and can be a serious waste of time and resources.
BEWARE
Always ask: what is the problem the intervention is supposed to solve?
