Is the evidence applicable to your organizational context?
This question is especially important when the evidence comes from scientific research.
For example, the evidence may be valid and reliable, but it might come from a different industry that may be different from your organizational context.
This may or may not be a problem: some research findings are generalizable to all human beings, but sometimes what works in onse setting does not work in another.
Always ask yourself: is your organization and/or population so different that the evidence may not apply?
