Nutrition
If someone got better after using a nutrition intervention it does not necessarily mean that it was the intervention that made them better.
People often believe that someone who was sick got better because they used certain foods, drinks, diets or nutrition supplements. People may also believe that someone got worse because of using a certain nutrition intervention.
Although a person got better after using a nutrition intervention, the intervention may not have been the reason. It is possible they would have gotten better without the nutrition intervention. It also does not mean that giving another person the same nutrition intervention will make them better.
BEWARE when someone says: “It worked for me.”
REMEMBER, someone’s personal experience of using a nutrition intervention does not necessarily mean that the nutrition intervention made them better or worse.
