These guides for thinking critically about social welfare interventions was prepared by Brandy Maynard, with input from colleagues across the social welfare field. Brandy Maynard is an Associate Professor in the School of Social Work at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, and has been involved with the Campbell Collaboration for several years as Co-Chair and Editor of the Social Welfare Coordinating Group. The Campbell Collaboration is dedicated to promoting positive social and economic change through the production and use of systematic reviews and other evidence synthesis for evidence-based policy and practice.
